· The co-working space is special as it imbibes the principals of traditional workspace with a young zest.
· There would be only dedicated office suites for team sizes of 4 people to 10 people.
· In addition there is a dedicated space for selected single entrepreneurs
· This will not be just any co-working space or just a normal incubator, the space is a hybrid model of both.
· Our Vision is to provide workplace, resources and access to mentors, funds and a whole host of features for marketing to propel an established or startup venture. Therefore we are 50% cheaper than any other workspace, as we are bearing the cost of rent, and only charging for utilities and facilities.
