Additionally, a rich schedule of workshops/seminars provides members/community members access to trainings in a wide array of topics/subjects and regular meetups/networking events provide members the opportunity to meet and greet each other.
Finally, MIYB Spaces, incorporated as a Benefit Corporation, is proud to work with area non-profit agencies to provide a wide array of business support services to members and the local business community. Women’s Economic Ventures (WEV) of Santa Barbara provides their clients access to various trainings as well as access to micro-enterprise loan funds. Spokes for Non-Profits of San Luis Obispo provides their members access to a multitude of resources and support services designed especially for non-profit organizations. Senior Corps of Retire Executives (SCORE) of San Luis Obispo is an SBA funded/supported consultation group that provides anyone interested in starting or improving their small business consultation services. Each of these non-profit organizations are part of MIYB Spaces of Santa Maria.
