Residencia is a former restaurant reconverted into a very cool coworking space in the heart of Lima. It has both open floor spaces and private offices with a capacity for more than 60. The design of the spaces has been carefully planned to fit in both for the start-up community and the booming freelance community in Lima. The name itself – Residencia – replicates a common practice in the arts community where creative minds converge in a physical space to create a Residency.
